I don't eat anything just because it's healthy. I just eat healthy things I like the taste of. A Caesar salad very much falls into this category.
honest?
health/diet...
but it can be pretty tasty, too, if you put a little effort in. i couldn't say i'd favor it for taste over other, more unhealthy meals, though.
The only reason I eat salad is to have an excuse to pour all the yummy dressing on it and eat it in all its calorie-laden glory.
They genuinely taste nice. Especially if you put tuna or fried chicken with it :)
I love salads but I put some effort into them. A plain garden salad doesn't do much for me. I love a fresh herb salad with roasted or pickled beets, toasted walnuts, heirloom tomatoes, and goat cheese with either a homemade strawberry or balsamic vinaigrette. Seaweed salads are delicious too, also the salads you get at a sushi restaurant mainly because of that awesome ginger dressing (even though it's a garden salad). Most people hate salads because they're used to the boring iceberg lettuce salad with shredded cabbage and carrots, I'd hate that shit too. That's what I grew up with so I came to hate salads until I got a little older and got creative with my salad making. :)
Tastes good. I wouldn't say the way I like it is healthly. I like Olive Gardens salad and I love ceasar salad. Lots of dressing, cheese and croutons!
Principally I eat it because I like it, but I know it's also really healthy!
Healthy and tasty!
I love the cobb salads from Panera Bread. They always have the best salads though; all natural too.
It tastes good. The way I make it, can't really say it's a healthy choice. Haha.
