Why do women always laugh for no reason in advertisements

every advertisement for something aimed at women (e.g. chocolate, makeup, hair dye, yoghurt, shoes and clothing) always seems to contain women laughing manically for no apparent reason. they usually say something about how the product works very well, then burst out laughing. for example:
"loreal makes my hair shiny. HAHAHAHAHAHAA!!!!"

      That, and also because laughter represents joy/happiness /success... Wich would make you think the product is worth buying.

    It is a well known fact that advertisement actresses are among the highest of all the population at risk of "Hysterical convulsion syndrome", or HCS.
    It's something to do with an allergy to the phosphorescent lighting used.
