Why do some of you hate

I think you are misinformed my friend , a lot of people enjoy GYPSY and recognize the value and wisdom within his comments , albeit they may have sarcasm or a bold feature to them . This man speaks from honesty and integrity ... he has great advice for those willing to hear it and absorb it with grace and gratitude . I for one think gypsy is great and I know a lot of others do as well . I also happen to find him fucking hilarious , to be honest .

hmm high moral standards and is less accepting towards people who don't agree with these moral standards. he prefers normality over individuality. most of his comments are insulting towards the OP or anyone who replies. and above all, HE IS EVERYWHERE! it's weird to me how he spends most of his day on this website judging people.

now i've only been on this site for two to three months, so i can't really judge him. but as someone whose moral code is along the line of welcoming EVERYTHING that doesn't affect the rights of any individual, i don't think we can get along.

i may have mentioned to him that i dislike him, (heat of the momment) but i really don't. as some one who accepts individuality, he's a great person to be honest. and i have to confess his insults are quite creative and somewhat funny. i'm just a very bitter person.

I don't get why people hate him. IsItNormal is so stupid with this type of thing. One month or two they dislike one person, next they dislike another. Sometimes it's people that aren't even that bad. Sailor doesn't come off as bad to me but maybe I just haven't looked in to him too much. He's a guy with his own opinions and due to that he will be wrong in his opinion, ignorant, and sometimes think he knows something when he doesn't. Like most people here.

I just recently had a disagreement with him and he didn't come off as arrogant or douchey in the slightest. I believe he was wrong but he didn't seem like a dick about it compared to some others on this site.

I'ts almost funny how IIN tends to dislike people that aren't too bad while adoring some that are pretty damn bad but they don't know about it.

Gyspy, you aren't a bad guy. This is just IIN drama coming back around and it seems like it's your turn to be caught in the storm. Just..."Sail" away from it? Ah? Ahhhhh? Ah, puns. ^_^

I don't hate him. I agree and disagree with him on a number of issues but I don't hate him.

I would rather read a well articulated controversial opinion that I dislike, than poorly formed comment that I generally agree with. TheGypsySailor often pisses me off in a delightfully engaging way. Thumbs up to our Old Man and the Sea.

Well, he's straightforward, that's a trait I admire. Can be sarcastic. Has a sense of humor. From what I understand he's over 60 years old, which must be taken into account. He's part of the community and I certainly appreciate him being here. We are all different and that's what makes us so special and valuable.

I don't enjoy talking about him indirectly, I hope that you don't mind Gypsy.

I don't "hate." I'd just prefer if he wasn't constantly taking the authoritarian sides in debates.
