Why do so many doctors drink maker's mark? for real! is it normal?

Like, most of them I know seem to have Maker's Mark somewhere in their stash of booze. They claim to be promoters of health, yet quite a few doctors are closet alcoholics. Or, they appear to schedule this problem for evenings and weekends. Maker's Mark seems to be their preference. I'm starting to believe that they all leave medical school with a token bottle of this stuff. IIN?

Their preference is theirs. A preference can't be defined as "abnormal" except by judgmental people who have no common sense.

    It's normal.

At least it's not that PBR stuff. It would mean that they were Hipster Doctors. *shudder*

probably just saw the commercials at work somewhere and thought it would be classy . Marketing works wonders on the mind , especially if you can spare the money easily .

Their are some Docs, that really are their to set the bar higher in the way of being able to be the kinda Doc that you are see reset the idea of a Doc, like as if to assist Docs to have a good name; for their are some Docs. that are pull pushers and they only care about getting money and for that they don't care about that pill really being something that is as over all going to kill you faster, on top of the drugs that are in the food that we eat. over all I really is unsure what you are really getting at, for I can see if you had a Doc, give you a bad check up because they where drunk or something like that; for if they are living their life and being able to keep that different from their job as a Doc then I see only good. Over all, who says that just because they are a Doc, doesn't mean that they didn't have a life before becoming a Doc and so, simply, by that of what you are saying or at least the way that it is coming off is that they now are a Doc, and as a Doc should fully become that of the perfect role models by their actions on top of their understanding. They are not robots and cant just reset when they are starting something new...as for all that of what they are doing is adding to who they are and yes, they could add to themselves by stop drinking; yet, why do you truly care to try and control another persons life.

Maker's Mark is a good, but not great, Kentucky bourbon whiskey. It isn't even in the top ten. Much like the BMW, it has prestige and an undeserved reputation among those who think they know quality.
Just because someone can make it through med school and make some money, does not mean they gained any class and/or culture on the trip.
