Why do people focus on what i am saying more than how angry i feel
y'know what PISSES ME OFF!? Everytime i say something, it could be anything at all, like "freakin troll" for example people will ASSUME, yes they will freakin ASSUME that i am angry because of what i said because they don't understand whether I can say "freakin troll" calmly or not and as a result I have to watch every single precise little word that i say more than i have to watch how angry i feel because people want to focus on what i am saying on whether they think i am angry or not, more than whether i actually feel angry or not and as a result i have to watch what i am saying and i DO NOT have to watch how angry I feel, but what ALSO pisses me off is that i could say something that SOUNDS calm while feeling angry and people will assume that i am CALM when i am actually ANGRY y'know why this pisses me off? because people are making about what i am saying more than it's about how i feel on whether they think i'm angry or not. is it normal that i think this everytime someone ASSUMES that i am pissed off because of something i said
