Why do people. get angry when people throw trash out. the window

I seen a lot of people throw out there trash threw the window of the car. While there driving. Some people don't like it and they get very angry.other people do it aswell.that minor traffic citation I rather see the police go after duo people and the other stuff going on.then someone rbroqibg trash out the window. Guess give us a breaj.

    I take an ashtray full of cigarette butts, ash & chewing gum. Then I scatter all that crap in your car & then take a shit on the drivers seat.

    They're just lazy shitheads who can't be bothered to walk to a bin to throw their rubbish away. I on the other hand always put my rubbish in bins.
