Good luck with university. Well, since you don't want to lie, then just focus on making a few friends first. It will be easier to randomly chat up a girl at a party, bar, or wherever you guys hang out when you are there with a group. Cause if you go alone, hunting to get laid - you'll just come off as a creep.
Also when you make a few friends, they'll introduce you to more friends and you have a better chance meeting a nice girl that way. I met my former and current girlfriend like this. While hanging out with friends, and someone new joined in for a night out.

Idk how easy it is to get laid depends on many factors. It was and still is hard for me even though I have the height and muscle that most guys say is the reason they can't get laid.

I was a broke-ass university student back then. I don't have a six-pack, nor the perfect beard almost every dude seems to have nowadays. If I let my beard grow out, I look like some WWII dropout... I didn't have money for the businessy shirts I now regularly wear, so my dress style was mediocre at best.
