Why do i have to isolate myself..

when I want to lose weight I have to get really isolated and disciplined, i just want to get it over and done with and completely focus on it until the weight is lost and it's all happy days. I know it only takes about 3 weeks of hardcore discipline and I know I can do it, it's just I have a boyfriend and he doesn't understand.. I can't seem to hold up a relationship while i'm doing this, I don't have room in my head for him and my diet... this always happens when I want to go on a health kick.. how do you keep the balance :( does anyone else feel like this?

Lean doesn't necessarily mean Healthy. You might become more attractive but that doesn't make you healthier. You should see a a serious dietician and follow a strict eating plan made just for you.But if you like following your tastes more, binge on junk food then get all "self disciplined" going from a nutrients excess to a nutrients deficiency from time to time, messing with your blood chemistry,it's your choice.So,enjoy.

  • ok so. no one thinks their body is perfect. Just try some excersize
and no im not telling you to get up and job every morning at like 5 o clock.
you should try hip hop abs, just do it 4 like 1o minutes a day, and seriously you'll feel it.
that means only 10 mins a day you dont have to worry about your boy friend, and he cant get mad at you in 10 minutes.

If you need to abuse yourself like this then you are losing weight the wrong way. It doesn't take a set amount of time or extreme, self abusive discipline to lose weight unless you are resorting to fad diets or extreme measures. Nor should you have artificial numeric targets. Every body is different. A good weight for someone else may not be right for you.

Proper weightloss is a gradual process that only requires that you eat healthy foods in quantities that are only slightly less than what you need to maintain your present weight while living an active life. Change your lifestyle and dietary habits and you will lose weight and keep it off without needing to throw yourself down a well of self-loathing every couple months.

i think you should focus less on it cause it could take over your life then turn into obsesseion, then you could get an eating disorde.r but people concerntrate differently i guess.
