Why do i have dreams that dont make sense

I have disturbing dreams almost every night that dont make sense to me. There has been this one man in my dreams countless times. In my dreams I know him but when I wake up i dont know who he is...its confusing and scary. Most of the dreams are distorted. They Have multiple places put togtether and different people with the man. In most of the dreams he either helps me or hurts me (consentual or unconsentual sex). Can anyone help??? Is this normal?

    yes it is normal because u may of seen him before in your life like in the park or something and u didnt think u acctually saw him and u feel attracted to him and dream about him like u would with a regular crush

    try calling Leonardo from Inception:)))....just kidding....but yeah its normal....i mean i dont see the same men/women every night but like u said the dreams star in one place and in a matter of seconds im in a completly different place without knowing how i got there.....weird but its just a dream

    Agreed dreams are just dreams, but if you a really concerned buy a book about dreams or see a dream therapist :-)
