Why do i get wet without being aroused everyday?

I'm a 19 year old female and this has been happening since I was about 10 or 11. I get wet for no reason almost every single day and its usually on and off throughout the day. I don't feel aroused or anything, it just happens. I could be standing or running and it will just happen. It was very uncomfortable when I was in school. I really hate it and it bothers me a lot. There seems to be more when I'm with my partner, even when I'm not in bed with him. I haven't told him about it. I really want it to stop but I don't know how. Can someone please tell me how I can stop this?

    Smell your panties, if the smell isn't bothersome or sour you are probably fine.

    I've had that since i entered puberty, now that I'm horny 24/7 it's worse than ever but it doesn't bother me and TRUST me ...Guys LOVE it when a girl is wet.

    It might be "arousal" but it could also be a totally normal discharge.
