everywhere i go i always feel people staring at me, even when im home i feel someones watching me from outside.
Does anyone feel this way?
is it normal to feel like this 90%% of the time. I know im paranoid but does anyone else think this way?
I only ever feel like this when i go out on my own, like to the shops or something. I start to panick and can almost feel myself start walking stupidly, like my legs have gone stiff or something.
I voted normal, I think so much is normal about people. People from time to time feel like they're being constantly watched. Or the other extreme, completely ignored. Is it really bothersome? Maybe you have a disorder, like paranoid schizophrenia and could benefit from being medically treated for it.
I think depression, anxiety, paranoia, delusions, etc, are normal. But not something you have to live with.
Its ok mate, i feel it all the time, especially when im on my own.
When im on my own the back of my legs tighten and i start walking funny which doesnt help as i always feel someones watching me... :(
Thats so weird about the back of the legs tightening, I get that too when Ifeel that someone is watching me walk. I ALWAYS feel like I'm being watched. Like tonight,I felt like someone was hacked onto my comp watching me surf the web. Sometimes I wonder if it's the government, or if it's something bigger. I totally believe in aliens and they are our creators so it makes sense then that they would always keep an eye on us. And obviously would be more technologically advanced so would have the capability to do so undetected.
idk if its normal or not bcuz im the same way..and its like a weird/scary feeling.i dont like it much..

No, I don't think that's normal. You shouldn't want to feel that way. That's a horrible feeling.
It's normal, because I have it too. But it's not normal having it. So I think it ain't normal.
Also, I did some research and it's extremely easy to hack onto someone's computer and phone and watch everything they do. What if I have a stalker and they're watching me type this right this instant! OMG! creepers
I feel the same way! I feel like when I open my food pantry in the middle of night that someone is gonna be standing there. the back of my legs get all tight and it's totally normal. because i do know a lot of people that also feel this way. just try not to think about it (:
its completely normal i always feel like this when im alone.One day i was out walking on my own in a field i kept looking back and in the end i just started running until i was around people.Its a wierd feeling

Besides all this crazyness....are you religious? That could be it, too.
