Why do i feel heavy?

Gravity seems to be running at 150% for me. That's to say, if I lie down to sleep, my shoulders feel crushed after minutes and I feel every point heavily despite having a memory foam mattress. When I wake, I always feel like I've fallen off the roof onto concrete.

Perhaps you were raised in a low gravity environment and aliens left you on earth for some reason. Perhaps you ARE an alien. Do you have papers or are you undocumented? :)

Why do some numbnuts feel the need to use sites like this to vent abuse? Simple and feeble minds clearly.
So as I said, 75kg is on the very slim side i.e. not fat.
Ok, so probably not going to get answers here. Byee.

Sounds like brain fog. I used to experience everything you described when I had Candida Overgrowth.

    You funny people ;)
Ok, no I'm 180cm and 75kg. I'd say I was quite fit and active but then again I'm 53 and think I'm 23.
I commute into London on my motorbike and don't sit still for long. This 'gravity' thing has been with me for a long time but 'normal' aches aside, it's just a weird feeling that I'm being pulled into the Earth more then I should!

On a serious note, maybe its muscle deficiencies? I mean do you move around a lot? In workplace or school whichever?
If you sit around most of the day, in weeks and months time it will take a toll in your body. Obviously. If this is the case stretch and workout exercise is highly recommended.

Maybe you have a burden, that you are carrying that is way too heavy for your soul to bear. I myself as an angel, carry the weight of the world upon my shoulders. It is not easy.

I've got an extra load - just had a night out, do you mind?

Btw, Don't ask about the um... yeah........ just pack that in there with the rest

I normally shove the shame in first and then pack it over with all the guilt, are you sure you can fly this all away?

Don't mind her, she won't wake up for a while

Ok, Lay it on me, I will bear it for you. But only for a while. You must take it back when I am too weighted down by the woes and loads of the world.

Yes, There are many woes, That is why I cannot burden all of them. And I am feeling a tad run down. If I sleep at least 9 hours, I should recover.

              Night night

Why do people say that? But seriously it's time to go to sleep now. Night night.
