Why do i dream about zombies?

I dream about being trapped in a house or school and Zombies are trying to get in , I always have a family member with me who gets killed. They are so scary because they are realistic , the worst one I had was when a Zombie was spitting at me through the letter box. Believe me I know how funny this sounds but its scary :( I used to love horror movies but I haven't watched any for a long time because of these dreams, I know i probably sound really childish but these dreams are scaring the hell out of me.

    people this person doesnt watch zombie movies..this might be a sign of something in your current life making you feel trapped maybe a test or exam making you stressed and you dont know how to cope or peolpe pressuring you think about it is anything in the real world pressuring you trapping you making you feel intimidated?????

    Try some zombedies like 'Shaun of the Dead' so you can laugh at zombies or stop watching scary movies. Unless you enjoy your zombi dreams which sound kinda cool. Maybe make your own movie.

    yea i have them all the time onece i dreamt i got turned into one and i couldnt hear anything and i wasnt scared but other people were scared of me and i wanted to eat them, and last night i dreamt lindsay lohan was a zombie and i killed her with a guitar!! seriously lol it was so scary i have them all the time and i hope zombies dont become real. :)

    If this is happening a lot and u are not a child u might want to cut out all of the horror movies and maybe talk to someone. Consistent nightmares are typically common in children not adults
