I feel a change in my personality, and this change is noticeable by people around me, I become irritable and a bit upset, why does it happen? Is it normal?
Perhaps it is related to increased levels of testosterone. I have heard of testosterone levels having a tendency to rise during the first seven days of not masturbating.
I think we get used to masturbating n not doing so makes us irritable. Its normal. The period is variable though. For me, it's around 2 weeks. If I don't masturbate for about 2 weeks I get myself into position where I'm very irritable n I constantly flirt :p

How could you possibly go 7 days with out doing the dirty deed? No healthy young boy or girl should do something so terrible for your mental, physical and spititual health. It's downright unnatural!
