Why do holidays make me want to punch people?

I don’t know what it is, but I seriously cannot stand people during the holidays. I’m not talking about immediate or extended family. This is based on my encounters with complete strangers. I can’t stand people in the malls, shopping (Walmart is the worst, and Target) They don’t know their space, they bump into you and don’t apologize and they’re just ignorant altogether. Am I the only one who runs in to these people? I promised myself last year that I would get all my shopping done by Black Friday this year, and I did. However, Friday afternoon I needed to pick up some medicine at Walmart. What a mistake that was. Everyone and their damn carts, up people’s asses, coughing and not covering their mouths, being loud and annoying. I literally waited in the line that consisted of about 25 people with carts and baskets. I lasted about 5 minutes before I just took the damn medicine and left without paying 😂😂 I swear people don’t know the true meaning of Christmas or whatever holiday he or she may celebrate. PS, before you judge me, I felt bad about the medicine and ended up finding the customer service desk and gave them 20 dollars for make a wish. My medicine was only 3.49 lol

I went shopping today & like you I lasted about 5 minutes. Then I wanted to start choking the life out of people.

The 'space invaders' are the absolute worst. If you can smell the shampoo aroma from someone's hair or the shower gel they used earlier then you are far too close.

Closely followed by the creatures that only bathe once a year, that day just happens to be Boxing Day.

Hahaha that sounds about right! I think I’d rather smell the space invaders’ soap than their onion smelling pits 😂 I swear every time I go into a store like Walmart, I want to wear a mask because it’s only a matter of time before I catch a disease lol note for anyone that goes there: squirt alcohol or hand sanitizer on your carts or basket handles lol

Yeh, if there's anything worse than being surrounded in crowds by people standing 2 inches from you, it's when you're also having to be standing 2 inches from people who make it obvious they don't believe in bathing.

I find that's people in shopping centres all year round. That's why I do my shopping mostly online.

True, but it's even worse at Christmas time.

Me too!! Can’t stand going out this time of year or really any time when it involves shopping in a mall
