Why do guys love toilet humor?

Seriously, i have 3 brothers and their friends and

just guys in general

ive noticed that they have this, like, fascination with toilet humor.

They love fart jokes and anything to do with their defecating, anything related to that....burping is another one

the other day i made the mistake of riding along with them in the car and i swear they took turns farting and laughing!! like it was some kind of contest. and theyre old like 19 20 theyre not young

girls dont do this, at least not any girls that i know of. when do u ever see a group of girls taking turns burping/farting and giggling about it?

is this a guy thing? could any guys explain this toilet humor u guys share, and why?

    Its in the ancient male code-of-conduct. It has been a well kept secret for centuries. If i told a female in detail i would have to kill her. Seriously. I swore on the holy xbox.

    I don't care much for farting but as long as I've known them, guys are gonna fart, and they're not gonna mind doing it in front of us girls one bit.
    My boyfriend does it in front of me, my guy friends do it in front of me...
    Now burping is another thing. I can burp louder than most any guy I know, and they're all very impressed.
    I don't find farting funny, but if a guy is fine doing it in front of me then I should stop being so modest and let it rip.

    I've always found toilet humour funny and always will.

    I could spend an hour or two watching videos of people taking about "poo" and "wee" at a time.

    P.S. The Left Rights have lots of good songs about toilet humour.
