Why do blacks sound so funny

I have met many 2nd or third generation minorities in America, and nearly all speak with the same accent. Why do only black folk sound the way they do generation after generation. This is not a hate thing, just an observation.

    Country ppl speak like country ppl cuz that the way everyone around em speaks. So do black ppl! It's part of learning stages of a toddler when u learn how to pronounce things.
