It's about a guy who glances at me once and ignores me since he knows I'm here.
Today, this guy glanced at me, then I made a quick eye contact with him, he looked away.
As I was still staring at his face and he bites his lower lip, still looking away.
What does it mean?
He was probably trying not to throw up from your revolting Eye contact
I mean who does that?

Self cannibalism. It's the only explanation. When you see him next see if he is missing his lower lip.
Really. People lol. He's into you but hes trying to play it cool and failing. He's hyper aware of you too btw, he hears every laugh comment and he probably always knows where you're standing/sitting in the room
He was probably thinking about the chocolate bar he brought in his lunch box.
