Why cant i cry and wail and shout and throw things on the bus?

Toddlers and babies do this all the time. We allow them to do this and some people even smile at them for this, so can I do it too?

Self control is one of those things we should learn as we mature. Are you mature, or are you a child?

  • I see adults do those things and worse on the bus all the time. Mostly arguing on the bus loudly or being high on weird drugs.

  • All the way, brother. Hell, I shat myself and giggled about it once on the bus. I even asked the lucky lady next to me (so hot) if she would change me. Girl was so shy because of my confidence that she gave me a fake number so that she wouldn't have to feel inferior to me from then on.

I voted normal -I have wondered the same thing myself! I would love to throw a big fit out in public sometimes.

Unless there's a good reason for it, it's because their parents are enamblers and don't have consideration for the other riders. Otherwise, they'd be well-mannered too (or could be easily calmed in the case the child is a baby). It's just something you should learn as you grow up and why parents should be required to properly raise their kids.

    • Anyone who uses the word enabler needs to be shot. Go back to west baptist church and get off the interweb, foo.

My mum works in a mental health facility and the patients constantly act like overgrown infants. They're all 18 and older.

I like kids but temper tantrums are annoying. But sometimes they can't help it.

Ohh, and mental health patients don't have something wrong with them that they are suffering from? Fucking retard.

They're drug addicts, you dumbass. It's their own fault they got addicted. That contributes to other mental issues. I shouldn't have come back to this site.

So you have no sympathy for a human being's suffering if it's due to drug addiction? Many addicts have been abused as children, raped as adults, mentally and physically abused by an abusive partner...etc. Their childhood issues often contribute to a personality disorder or other mental problem which leaves them susceptible to turning to substances or other risky things. What is wrong with you?? And to think your mum works in that environment and you haven't got a shred of sympathy. Fucking dumbass. I hate it that there are people on the world like you. Please fuck off.

I have sympathy if they've had a hard life, but I highly doubt every one of them has. Don't generalize. My mom finds these people annoying, she has to listen to them throw hissy fits over having to wait in line for food and scream at each other. Plus she's a cleaning lady so she has to clean up after them. It's annoying when little kids throw fits too, it's just that they don't know better.

I think some grown ass men and women weren't disciplined enough as children and therefore haven't grown up emotionally. It's not just people with mental illness or drug problems. I can understand why some people never grow up, it just doesn't make the screeching and crying any less irritating.

No normal person screeches, cries and throws hissy fits while waiting in a queue. Do they? Your mum finds them annoying...ok, what's she supposed to find them after hearing that everyday? She's not supposed to derive pleasure from their behaviour, it's a hard job that she's doing. It must be stressful and annoying at times. Plus some may not have had a hard life but were born with emotional/mental disorders. It's not your place to judge.
