I know this sounds racial but why are blacks an Hispanics so loud at a city library? I know that you've heard them too so don't get all fucking liberal on me. Can someone tell them that a person is suppose to be QUIET! inside of the library. Being quiet is the NORMAL thing to be! OK?
In my country, blacks are incapable of speaking normally, let alone softly. They scream back and forth to eachother when they're standing right next to eachother. Hospitals waiting rooms, libraries, dentists, you name it. No self respect and no consideration for the rest of the world's eardrums.
In neighbourhoods that are predominately African, they do indeed carry on this way. The library in my area used to have this issue with teenagers. God damn. They were annoying. Very hard to focus and relax when they were around. No one reprimanded their behaviour because we were all scared of them.
In area's that are predominately Caucasian or another religion, like Jewish, I've noticed that people are usually quiet. The only time you will hear loud volumes are when they come from children.
Most if the Africans that I have met have been loud. There have been exceptions. I doubt that all of the ones that act like this are deaf. I hope not. I assume that it may be from culture or just the environment they were raised in.
No racism, but that's just how they are. They really can't help it. They were born with rough voices.
