Why is Feminism female groups and other male groups constantly
bitching at each other?
Why cant we all just meet up and have a massive orgy?

Nowadays there are way more people whining about "SJWs" than there are actual SJWs. I've been a feminist for more than 50 years and I DO NOT HATE MEN! Not even idiots like you, although I admit I'm tempted.
The problem is some modern day "feminist" believe that it's about hating men and there are lots of them that do.
Those are the ones that get noticed because they are very...hmmm....what's the word...outspoken? Yeah lets go with that. They are pushing their message with their hatred and those words tend to carry farther than the ones said in moderation.
I'm not a feminist, I don't pretend to be nor do I allow people to think that because the word has taken on a bit of an extreme connotation in today's world. I tell people the real message, the message behind traditional feminism.
I'm looking for equality for everyone.
Not just for me, but for everyone regardless of their gender or their skin color or where they are from. I want people to be happy and healthy.
Why do you say you're not a feminist and then make a statement which is pure feminism?

Why is Trump president? Is it because 70+ years of feminism helped shape the minds of this country? Why is there a patriarchy? I mean just why? All things being equal how did men establish dominance over a sex equally strong as their own? How have no generations of equally capable women been able to dismantle a system of oppression against them? What makes this generation different? Has social justice accomplished anything whatsoever? If your argument is that women are systemically oppressed, fine, shut up about it.
When faced with a problem, there are two things you can do, fix it, or get over it. Clearly this is not something that can be fixed as those in power have no interest in relinquishing it, so you are left with option B. Or you can complain endlessly, but you help nobody. The nastiness you speak of men is an embodiment of your view of yourself, and it is really only sad. You are no different than a bully. You hurling insults like men are so systemically powerful they can be talked to like dogs really delegitimizes the idea that you personally even see yourself as deserving equality. You act like a baby screaming at their parent. You will be happier if you focus on yourself and stop being mean to whoever you think is a man.
Also what on earth does a feminist have anything to do with a man with fucked up views. Do you see them changing the minds of men? I see them telling men to piss off as you did, which would only bring man to feel bad for women so insecure that they lash out at random men.
If you want to argue feminists bare any consequence on the lives of these men other than being a point of feeling sorry and perhaps a minor annoyance, you have to demonstrate that.
