im 17 years old and my balls are so saggy they flop in the toilet water and it gets cold and when i run they slap my ass my penis looks tiny compared to my balls and i have a 5 inch dick is this normal?

    Man... Lowhangers are great. You can teabag girls and shit. I have low hangers and the only neagative is that i cant wear regular underwear as my sack wont stay in (which suck when i do cardio) but girls love to feel my nuts slap their ass when we fuck....     There exist exercises for strengthening the pelvic floor muscles/vaginal tightness. Perhaps, there are testicular exercises in existence too?
