Why are less hygienic people "dirtier" in bed?

I find people who spend less time on personal hygiene more adventurous in bed.
More open to doing things that some might seem "dirty". Simple things like more willing to not use condoms to swallowing ejaculate to spitting and swallowing each others spit. I know what i have mentioned is tame but just to give an idea.
I have also noticed that people from certain countries have different levels of personal hygiene. Often people from these countries aren't as adventurous in bed.

I haven't heard someone describe not using a condom as "adventurous" before.

I guess this is why stupid people are breeding so rapidly.

I'm not saying that non white people are less hygienic than whites because usually the opposite is true. BUT is it normal that non white people are "dirtier" in bed?
