Why does it always seem like black people are always screaming? is that acceptable in the culture? do they not know what an indoor voice is? are they just loud naturally? does any one else notice this?
Because 19 of them drive around in a car listening to music so loud you can hear it 10 city blocks from the point of origin. That makes them turn near deaf.
I live in South africa and black people speak very loudly because it is part of their culture. When you whisper or speak softly in their culture you are busy "gossiping" or undermining your enemy...
Not all black people are loud but as s rule they are more loud than most races. Why? I dunno, tribal dance residue maybe?
