For no reason. I'm not turned on or horny, so why am I wet? Do all girls just randomly feel wet for no apparent reason? And it's not discharge..because if it was, it wouldn't be so much...
Wearing panty liners would help. Probably just the vagina cleaning itself out. Discharge. If it's clear, it's fine. If it's a odd color, get that checked. And if it's thicker than normal, ovulation.
It just sorta . . . happens. It just is something we have to deal with as girls, I guess (and I believe it is discharge, but I haven't really looked it up enough to be 100% certain). The only thing we can really do is go to the bathroom and clean up if it's really bothering us.
