OMG! I eat like crap and then I'm like still hungry so I have to workout really hard for me to lose all that weight.
You may have become a compulsive eater. It is possible to condition yourself to associate food with relief from anxiety. Are you stressed about anything?
Or you may be an indulgent eater, eating for pleasure, and like an addict never wanting to come down.
Or you may just be eating shitty food. A diet that is high in whole foods ( grains, veggies, fruits ) rather than processed flour and sugar is naturally more filling. Start keeping a bowl of veggies nearby (with NO dip). They are mostly water and beneficial nutrients and to someone accustomed to a rich diet, they don't taste that great. When you get hungry, eat a veggie. You'll be healthier, less inclined to snack because vegatables don't stimulate the compulsive pleaure center as much as refined carbohydrates, gradually learn to appreciate the flavors of real food, and feel fuller longer.

I think You think U're getting Hungry but it's not real!! it's just a Habit!!
Pay attention to what's going on when you feel hungry. What emotions are you feeling, is it when you are doing something in perticular, how are you feeling physically, etc. You could be an emotional eater. My mother has the same problem and has recently learned that it's a coping mechanism for her.
I've lost 25 lbs since Christmas by cutting out eating later at night and slowing down on fried food.... My dr put me on topamax for headaches a few weeks ago also one of the side effects is loss of appetite.... I was shocked at how I don't even think to graze all day on snacks like I used to
Alot of people are bored so they just eat or when your thirsty you may not know it so when u are thirsty your body tells u that ur hungry so just more water and stick to a healthy diet, you will be surprised
when you get up in the morning, have a cup of raisin brand with 1/2 a cup of skim milk...for lunch have a small yogurt with a power bar. for dinner have chicken or fish! cut out snaking completely, and even though you're hungry...just stick with it! eventually your mind will become acustomed to this new diet...on top of all this...try to run for a minimum or 30 minutes per day and do some basic abb workouts!
Not eating after six won't do anything. You need more protein and fiber in your diet.
