Who here has been to jail/ prison and why?
One time a cop pulled me 0ver as I was walking to work. I guess I fit the description of someone they were looking for. I followed his instructions without giving him shit and he went on his way. Closest ivr ever been to going to jail.

Aint fuckin dogs illegal tho?
Also literal definition of jaywalking is crossin the street unlawfully
Yalls are just so obsessed with my sexuality.. znd like I said worse I didn't is jaywalking. Thats not a denial of it that is an admittance
"I dont commit crimes"
Yalls denied it the very sentence before sayin it
And I aint obsessed with ur sexuality. I dont give a fuck that u fuck dogs. Just sayin its illegal. U cant be like oh I dont commit crimes and fuckin dogs
I don't don't have anything against you personally, but I firmly believe that people who are sexual with animals, and any other vulnerable populations belong in jail.
Im not one of those snowflakes that never stop about consent this and consent that blah blah blah but fuckin dogs is gay 2 me personly
I spent a night in L.A. county because I was in a crowd when someone threw a bottle at a cop when they were trying to clear the Coliseum after a Sly and The Family Stone concert in ‘72 and they locked us all up.
I've never been arrested for any of the crazy shit I did, and I'm glad, because I'm too soft, and pretty for jail.
At most I spent a few hours in a holding cell when I was a teen. That was a wacky night and I didn't even start that shit.
I went to jail at 20. I'm not very proud of it, but I had a hot temper I didn't have a very good handle on and got into a physical altercation (I've actually never been a violent person, but this person kept pushing my buttons because they found it amusing that I was becoming extremely pissed, then when I tried to leave because I knew I was so pissed I was going to do something stupid, they tried to prevent me from leaving and grabbed me, and I lost it.
I had to spend 24 hours in jail and it sucked. My cellmate actually helped me a lot because I was beside myself, but everything else was awful. I was first put in isolation for at least an hour (it's hard to keep track of time in there) because they needed a female officer at the station in order to pat me down, and it was the most claustrophobic and anxiety inducing thing ever. It was a concrete room with a tiny window near the ceiling and a mail slot-like thing in the door, which I kept opening an begging the officers to let me out. The food sucked (not that I was hungry, anyway), the beds were steel with this thin mat type thing with a built in "pillow" and they gave us small, felt-like blankets, and we wore orange jumpsuits and rubber shoes. There was a steel toilet/sink combination, and there was a camera outside of the cell pointed right towards it.
So yeah, jail sucked and is something I'd much rather put behind me (and thankfully, I don't have a record due to successfully completing diversion), but the good thing was that it was a turning point in my life, and that was sort of where I hit rock bottom and then sprung back up.
Ive done a couple short lockup things for drugs and vandalism and stuff, got put in a 72 hour psychiatric hold in county one time. Surprisingly nothing good.
Many times.
Assault on a female (no joke for fuckin pouring a beer on her when I caught her fuckin our roommate)
Assault on a officer (twice)
Disorderly conduct and public intoxication repeatedly
Assault
Breakin and entering 2 steal back a collectable Dale Earnhardt model car that was stolen from me 1st
Also several times 4 drugs back when I was a drug attic
I cant remember it all right now but quite a bit
If I go back again theyll probly keep me this time lol
I got a ticket once for riding my bike up a pedestrianised street as a teenager, during my first week of university. I was new to the city, I'd seen lots of other people doing it, and I hadn't seen the sign. Whenever I get a criminal record check for work or volunteering, I mention that incident 'just in case'.
Do you do it "just in case" or to look extra good? Not knocking you if you do. I'm just saying no one would expect you to have to say that. Hell, you can say "no" even if you got busted for heaps of drugs if you used a "prayer for judgement" defense, got a deferred judgement, or expunged your record.
I'm one of the few people in my family that's never gone to jail and never gotten a ticket/fine. I've done dumb shit I didn't get caught for like breaking into someones house to steal back the stuff they stole from me or vandalizing the cars of people who were assholes toward me. I don't do things like that anymore. XD
Got caught drinking then smoking weed on probation when I was around 15 had to do 10 days in Juvie. Then when 18 I sold someone some drugs and was given a counterfeit bill and got charged trying to pass it. Then simple assault in Miami. Aggrevated assault in Nashville. And a bunch of times for driving on revoked license but I bailed out all those times within hours. Aggravated assault was the longest I ever served was around a month in jail. Ended up getting convicted for disorderly conduct because the whole thing was bullshit.
