One of my best friends is a girl and we have been really close for years. My family loves her. Recently i started dating this girl and at first her and my friend got along well. My friend was even telling me to treat her right and was basically being my wing man. But ever since i gave her the title of my girlfriend she says she hates my friend and doesn't want me to talk to her anymore. Also because I told her that me and my friend used to be sexually intimate before. We never dated we were just friends with benifits. I love this girl we've been dating for months almost a year now but she doesn't want my friend around anymore and is making me make a choice. So would you guys chose your best friend or a girl you love?

    This wouldnt even be a question for me. I would ditch the controlling girl for the best friend.
    The perfect partner should always be your best friend. I dont know why anyone would question this.

    well, you probably shouldn't have told her so much truth, now she wonders if you would cheat on her. so can anyone blame her for getting demanding? the thing is though, you can secretly still see your best friend, i'm sure that she is aware of that in her head, getting all excited for nothing, so she may get demanding about other things, from what you have told us, she seems the type to leave you if you disagree. those curtains were not the ones she wanted. *hissy fit*.

    i'd choose best friend, just because i believe in not kicking your friends out on the curb when in a relationship because your gf/bf says so. because also, what about the one your with? if you have to give up your friends, then its only fair they do the same. but wait, no. its only you that has to, could you imagine if she had to, too? perish the thought! i'm sure she has no intentions giving up any her friends. she would expect you to trust her, point blank.

    Choose your best friend, because this is only the beginning of how she plans to control your life, if you let her. You can't please someone like this until you have zero friends, family and ambition; then they're happy, because they will be all you have and they feed off that and love being the only person in your life. BEWARE.
