    Two of your answers are fictional, which give them scope to do things normal humans can't do. I'm discounting Niko straight away because has no special skill beyond anyone else with a military background.

    So it's between Batman and the explosion. I guess the question should be about the scale of the explosion but, Batman being Batman, you can't imagine him being killed by anything. Because of that in-built indestructability (and because he's part of a fictional world where rules can be bent), I vote Batman.

    FOR CLARITY

    OPTION 1
    If you had said Nuclear Bomb/Missile then Batman would have won. He's a hero, and hero's vs unexploded bombs = hero's always win.

    OPTION 2
    However... you said Nuclear Explosion... Batman is human with no powers, and if the two were side by side (e.g. in a fight) and not hiding in a bunker somewhere... He would be vaporized like any other human.

    OPTION 3
    Any of my personal hero's would have won this battle easily though. Total co-incidence that all three are doctors...
