On the right, you'll find a girl who is 20 years old. 5,4 Ft/ 164,5 Cm tall. She has gone to the gym regularly since she was 15 and is now a bit muscly you could say, but not extremely. She lives a healthy lifestyle.
On the left you'll find a 35 year old guy who has never set his foot inside a gym in his entire life. 6,3 Ft/192 Cm tall. He is mildly obese and lives an extremely unhealthy lifestyle.

Feminism aside (I suppose it isn't even feminism you mean but since they call themselves feminists..), if the guy was a real unlucky fuck then his muscles would grow slower then those of a healthy guy, also the girl would a) be a bit faster and b) would have the better stamina which could actually make it difficult for the guy to win but it really depends on the stage they are fighting in (in a small stage it probably wouldn't matter), how much he weighs, what sort of unhealthy lifestyle he had and what mildly obese means to the questioner. He's also pretty tall when compared to her, which could be a disadvantage.
With the given info I'd say it's 30/70 (girl/guy). Going regularly to the gym doesn't mean she's automatically a second Trinity when fighting.
