Who would win a 100 meter sprint? usain bolt vs professional cyclist?

The cyclist might have a higher top-speed, but accelerating to that speed takes longer than it takes for Usain Bolt. Who do you think will win?

    I was both in Track in high school and raced bicycles.

    The first 50 feet the runner would lead.

    By 100 ft the bicycle would be in the lead and accelerating... leaving any runner in their fumes...

    200 meters is 656.17 ft.

    It would be a massive blowout by the bicycle racer.

    Cyclist has mechanical advantage. It takes less perceived work to get the same output as doing it without.

      Debatable. He'd stand no chance on 200m though.
