    Never assume the other person has one. Both people need to carry them.

    I think if A man does not want to have to raise a baby he should bring a condom and if a women does not wanna grow a baby in her she should bring a condom so both also if a condom has a microscopic whole cum can escape if you wanna be hundred percent certain dont have sex!!!
