The Fat Fairy visits people at night while they sleep.

People are so stressed out and busy all of the time it's easier and more satisfying to get fast food or to eat junk than spend 2 hours making dinner after working all day and all week long.

Gonna quote a song that represents my view...
"You know what the number one health risk in America is? Obeseity. OBESITY. They say we're in the middle of an OBESITY epidemic. An EPIDEMIC, like it's polio. Like we'll be telling our grandkids about it, the great obesity epidemic of two thousand and four.
"How'd you get through it grandpah?"
"Oh it was horrible Johnny, there was porkchops and cheesecakes everywhere."
Nobody knows why we're getting fatter, I mean just look at our lifestyles. I'll sit in the drivethrough behind fifteen other cars instead of getting up and taking an eight foot walk to the totally empty counter."

    1) Eat breakfast every day. Skip supper if you can.
    2) Exercise regularly. The more natural the exercise, the better.
    3) Try to eat a healthy, balanced diet, based on your own metabolism. Try to limit your intake of junk food.

People have no one but themselves to blame if they are fat fucks. Losing weight and being healthy is so easy to achieve.

Its the fact parents are overworked and don't have energy to cook when they get home. That kids have to go to school so early which I think should be changed. The fast food markets are not to blame. Parents dont have to feed little kids fast food but they are either too busy or too tired to actually cook children something healthy to eat. I know when I was a kid I had to quit sports if I wanted a food at home.

We are not ducks being force fed for foie gras. You have a choice. Put down the Big Mac, fatty. You have no one to blame but yourself! I do not feel sorry for bedridden obese people like from "my 600'lb life".

The food and marketing industry are partially to blame for their targeted advertising at children, but to be honest if your kids weren't sat in front of the TV all day they wouldn't be as exposed to all that crap. The food markets may be advertising their fast foods but at the end of the day it is still down to the induvidual to choose to buy them.

i blame my parents. my dad would always force me to go out with him to run around a track at an unholy hour of the morning, at that time i agreed with my mother more so i just became fat and lazy. i've decided to actually follow an excercize system of my own, now years later to change myself. >:D
so basically, people are to blame for their own obesity, as well as fast food.

MSG - the mind altering addictive drug that is added to all junk food!!

KFC, McDonalds, Chinese food, Pringles, chocolate, processed crap....

The governments have allowed the food industry to add unlimited amounts of MSG to the food. MSG could make cardboard seem tasty, and was first introduced into baby food!! Many believe it is responsible for the major mental health issues of this generation - brain tumours, Altzheimers, Parkinsons Disease, etc.

'Natural' food cannot give people the same satisfaction as MSG and it is supposed to be more addictive than cocaine.

So I blame the sneaky food producers for their greed!!

We live in a society where we are told constantly on the importance of responsible dieting and exercising is key to a healthy lifestyle.

The sad thing is that alot of us are quick to blame the companies who provide these high fat food items but forget that we as consumers have a responsibility to ensure one health. Remember if there is a demand for such food items, they will supply them.
