I ummm... don't know how to talk about this while maintaining a level of decency. Okay, hmm, let's say you're making a banana split and for some reason you have glue on your forehead and one of the bananas flies in the air and lands on your forehead and sticks there. Would this be surprising to everyone except Allistalla?

Strangely enough, You've just reminded me that I just had a dream where I was in a competition and I dropped what I was running with. A lady who was a judge or a large donator got up from her seat to cheer me on and I said, "Thanks Banana." XD
My hitlist:
1st place: Urotsukodoji - The Overfiend.
2nd place: Rin Kokonoe of Kodomo no Jikan(winner for potential if that scales with age).
3rd place: I'd go with happosai, just because i like the old geezer.
OVERALL though(not limited to only anime): Rance from Sengoku Rance(and Rance series of games).
After reading about him someplace else, i actually tried the game because i got curious. Not my type of thing, but he's definitely the most perverted character, ever(and manages to stay amusing regardless).

The most perverted character I've ever seen in an anime EVER has to be Shusuke from Ochinko.

I can't remember the name of it but I saw this thing where a woman got bought by an alien at some space auction, started getting jiggy with his vacuum cleaner (yes, really) and then, as a punishment, had to undertake strange sexual wrestling matches with an assortment of things that look they belong in the cantina in Star Wars. I didn't actually want to watch it. I found it by accident and wanted to see what crazy plot twist was coming next.
