I know everyone says Darryl is their fave and I don't necessarily agree with that however, I loved the relationship Merle and Darryl had. Actually Merle was my favorite character. Michonne has the most amazing body. If you mess with Carl, Rick will bite your face off.
Fear the Walking Dead sucks. I've tried to watch it and honestly want everyone except the black guy who saved their shitty asses to die.
Indeed it does. I only made it though a few episodes. It magnifies the plot holes of TWD, but with low budget bad acting and shitty make-up. AMC failed miserably with that spin off.
Have you watched Zombie Nation on Sci-Fi. I've only seen season one, but it was AWESOME, for low budget, tropey, awesome zombiness. I was so pleasantly surprised. They did all the walking dead obvious, apocalyptic scenarios in one season, plus added humorous zombie tornados and stuff- great show if you love zombies, as I do in a serious way...
The physical effects are so good though that the cg blood really looks obvious
Shane was my favorite. He was so misunderstood. He started a family with hi assumed deceased best friend's family, which may b shitty in principle but it was bound to happen if he was looking after them through the apocolypse to the point they grew to like eachother. Shane needed them emotionally to keep on going, as he stated to Rick after their fight, and it showed when he went in to a downward spiral when Shane, Lori, and Carl split up.
Let's not forget that Shane was how Rick is now, he knew how the world worked in the apocolypse really quickly, this made him a good leader. Rick came back, took Shane's leadership role and then made one bad decision after another which got Glenn captured, made the group late to camp with the weapons which made them late to defend the camp against the walkers that killed most of the group.
Shane said not to go for Merle but Rick went for Merle first, resulting in all that happening.
Randal. Shane said to kill Randal because he'd go and bring his group to the farm and put the group in trouble. Rick wasn't so sure. Then what happened? Randall basically admitted to Carl hed bring his group to "look after" Shane and Rick's group. So, Shane was right yet again.
Hershel and the walkers. Hershel was an idiot thinking the Walkers were still alive. Shane made him realize that they're dead and not just ill. That was Shane. Without Shane doing what had to be done with the barn full of walkers then there's a good chance Hersherl would of been the stupid religious nut he was, he may not of even been in it.
Ottis.
People hate Shane for this but people mmisunderstand. Shane said to Ottis to leave him behind...Bet you forgot that bit. Shane pretty much offered himself up to let Ottis and Carl live. Ottis didn't let that happen, which is a moral thing to do but they weren't going to get away without something like bait. Shane made the only right decicion he could, Otti won't let Shane be the sacrifice so Ottis had to be, one of them had to die so that atleast two, one being Carl, survives. If he didn't make that Sacrifice theres a good chance Ottis, Shane, and Carl would of all died. He sacrificed one so that the number of deaths wasn't three.
Shane was a complicated and entertaining character, if not the most complicated and entertaining. He wasn't a "bad" guy he was just brutally honest and adjusted to the world, like Rick eventually did, all while the others were not adjusted yet, while the audience wasn't adjusted yet.

I'm not a Daryl fan he looks like some one should hold him down and give him a haircut then a good washing. Every time they play like a major character dies I'm immediately disappointed becos I know they won't kill them like Glenn falling off the dumpster I was like Yes! But I knew they wouldn't really kill him. I think I like Carol the best they should spin her off into her own show... Cooking with Carol or else!
I agree, I do like her, although the new Carol is kind of confusing... dunno why she suddenly had a split personality.
Yea there doing something weird with her character. I hope they don't have her and Morgan rescue the rest of the main cast like she did with Terminus. It would be so boring if they fell back on that.
There are other new characters from the comics that are going to be introduced coming up next season I think.
I hope so I don't like how they used ideas from the comic in different ways on the show. The comic isn't always awesome but its better than the show. The books like Rise of the Governor got used the same way they messed it all up season 3 sucked compared to what it could have been.
Michonne is a fucking jungle creature and she's boring, I do not understand why everyone loves Daryl, he's an important character but he's not the cat's pyjama's.
Rick is the best obviously, but I really like Glen, I think Rick and Glen should have dominated the whole story line.
