    Either Janeway or Sisko. Picard is good but overrated.

          well i like the Shat, but that actor is too cringe worth sometime.

          Archer was oky, but that whole series got really weird, and had maybe the worst intro to a star trek ever.

          and never really go into Voyager or Deep Space9

          and for the record i enjoy the books more then the movies. the 2 that stand out to me where the "young Picard" book i read and a Original cast where Kirk, scotty, and Sulu where all sent back in time

    My favorite is Janeway, but Sisko is objectively the best. I'm really surprised that he scored so low on that poll. Must be due to a lack of DS9 fans.

    Sisko and Janeway both had far more tough decisions to make than Picard or Kirk ever did. Sisko, I think, made those decisions better, but Janeway gets points for simply *having* to make them. For Kirk and Picard meanwhile, everything tended to work out far too conveniently.
