Who has some good quotes to live by?

I feel like we're running out of original quotes that they don't help me anymore. So what's a quote you have heard and follow that actually works and changes your mood in a better way? Especially one after something bad happened and you're trying to believe it won't affect you in the long run. Kind of like "the past is the past, move on" etc...

You never know, someone on here might need it. Like me.

"I’m not running away. But this is one corner… of one country, in one continent, on one planet that’s a corner of a galaxy that’s a corner of a universe that is forever growing and shrinking and creating and destroying, and never remaining the same for a single millisecond. And there is so much, so much to see, Amy. Because it goes so fast. I’m not running away from things, I am running to them. Before they flare and fade forever. And it’s all right. Our lives won’t run the same. They can’t. One day, soon, maybe…you’ll stop. I’ve known for a while. I’m running to you and Rory before you fade from me." - The Doctor, The Power Of Three

"It is not the fire's place to create nor the tree's place to destroy".

Spoke to me after years of shame for being the hyper, extraverted clown that I am. I always envied the quiet, reserved people and after taking this old proverb to heart, I realized that we all have a place and mine isn't in the back of the room, silent as a lamb. Like it isn't their place to burn like fire, my place is not to bask quietly in the light.

IIN took it further for me, reading stories about people who wished that they were outgoing and willing to have the courage to talk to anyone like me. I realized that I had qualities that many of those quiet individuals often admitted to me wishing they had and I was no longer going to needlessly feel shame for it.
