To answer your question, I dont fully agree with your comment that white girls dont go out with Desi guys. I have dated many American (white, Hispanic and Afro-American) girls. I never had any such issues in getting their attention, when we go out, let's say to a club and even at pool bars.

All you have to take care of yourself and see where you stand before you try to hook up with someone. just be yourself and confident, every girl who is available will get somewhat attracted to you and rest is your game, how you play!
