White curtains suck

My back is facing towards the window when I'm on my desktop and when the sun sets, it makes a huge glare on my monitor and I can't see shit. My white curtains are thin and it don't block anything, it's so infuriating!

    OMG how can you go on living in this world with such horrific problems?????

    Turn on brain, pull curtains back OR put up thicker dark curtains OR move your desk OR wear sunglasses. TURN ON BRAIN is the most important requirement.

    Buy some decent black out curtains, the cheaper ones aren't great.

    I have white sheer curtains all over my house they are great I think! They filter the light so it is soft and they provide privacy during the day time. At night I have black out paper cell shades under the curtains for more privacy.
