While i'm in hospital, he looks up fit girls

This is not a new thing with my boyfriend, we've been going out two years now, 6 months into our relationship I caught he looking up his ex and her cousin. I didnt say anything. Flash forward 6 months I catch him looking up a co-worker. I pull him on it. He said he was sorry and he didnt really know why he was doing it, it also said about trust and why I kept looking up his history. I understand it is a shitty thing to do i should have respect for his privacy, but the other day while i was in hospital ( I had fallen down a flight of stairs and broke my ankle) he was looking up girls. Should this be my last straw? should I break up with him?

    To be honest I find you looking up his history to be a much bigger deal than him looking at girls.

    He has a sex drive and looks at pictures. I'm sure he has done this his whole life, and still is horny enough to need this, even with a girlfriend. He doesnt have feelings for these women, he isn't cheating of you, he is a sexual person and that's actually a good thing. Of course he does this when you're in hospital because he can't have sex with you then.
    Depending on how much energy he has, no pictures could be a very demanding thing on him. But of course he likes you, and now you've effectively forced him to hide it and do it in secrecy which neither or you want. To be fair to you though if you have made this demand he should just break up with you and be honest that he habitually looks at girls. But there is nothing inherently wrong with doing this. While you violating his privacy is an inherently messed up thing to do and is overstepping boundaries. And it is not even slightly justified by whatever you "find".
    If you really want it to stop, you should find ways to please him more sexually and give him nudes of you.
