- goat and sheep feta (delicious!)
- water buffalo mozzarella
- goat cheese
- brie
- ricotta
- sheep cheese
- mascapone
- farmer's cheese
- This hard cheese that starts with a "p". I can't remember what it's called. It's very, very high in protein.
- cream cheese
- swiss cheese
- cheddar
It depends what I'm eating it with. Spaghetti- parmesan, sandwiches- cheddar or harvati, crackers- gouda, salad- goat, pizza- mozzarella. But no blue cheese or that crappy fake American cheese that I don't think is really cheese -__-u.
I love all stinky creamy cheeses like Camambert, different Brie's, Irish soft cheeses, Gorgonzola, Dolcellate, Danish Esrom, Stilton, Cambazola, and semi hard cheeses like Havarti, Leerdammer, Ementhal, Tilsiter.
I use cheddar and some other hard cheeses in cooking, but l don't like it as a cheese on its own.
I loathe all the 'fake' cheeses which only contain about 2% cheese and the rest is emulsified fats. Velveeta in USA was a horrible experience.
I love my cheese with a bit of apple or some grapes.
brie cheese wrapped in crescent dough.or a bacon cheese ball. all cheese is good except blue cheese.
Brie. Blue cheese is an abomination: the thing that makes it blue is the same spore that creates athlete's foot.
I like cheese but, should avoid it. I get constipated easily. I like cheddar, parmesan and colby jack
every cheese thats up there besides goats cheese...that stuff makes me wanna vomit.
All the ones on your list (except blue cheese) I'd also add Brie and Camembert. Grilled Halloumi (V) is a great option for vegetarians burgers, kebabs etc. Not very common, but I love smoked cheese as well.
I'm going to have to be the one to say this aren't I?
Cheddar is not a type of cheese. Cheddaring is a process done to cheeses.
And yet you forget soft cheeses like Brie? Cornish brie is amazeballs. And I usually only use that word ironically.

Brie (double cream), Gouda, Swiss, Aged Cheddar, Paneer, and Parmesan. Those are my favorites.
I eat cheese almost every single day, just a little bit. It's probably my favorite food-food.
I loath the taste of goat's milk (too musky), so therefore, I find goat cheese one of the most repulsive tastes I've ever experienced.
Other:
Although I like goat & swiss... Asiago is my favorite. especially if it's fresh.
The others I like:
Brie
Havarti
Irish Cheddar
Irish Whiskey cheese (there may be a beer version out too, I don't remember)
or in a nutshell, gourmet cheeses. ;)
