Which store is better? walmart or target?

Target has been keeping better stock lately than Walmart, at least in my town. I hate going to Walmart and then they do not stock something that I would consider basic such as milk thistle, zinc oxide, epsom salts. Most stores have several brands of these Walmart has only one. I hate it when I look at the shelves and see where the item would be and they are totally out. I've had days when I said under my breath "You got to be "f"ing kidding me."

I chose Walmart because its open 24/7.

The owners of Target are extremely republican. And everytime I shop there I spend hundreds of dollars. I don't feel that I really save, and the quality is low.

I like the owner of Walmart better than owners of Target. And I actually do save money at Walmart.

But- I try to avoid both stores and shop at locally owned stores or smaller chain stores.

Out of the two, I prefer Walmart. Walmart has cheaper items but aren't the best of quality. Although that, their workers get paid and have some sort of benefits. They have everything imaginable and donate money to organizations or sponsor events. They are easily found in almost every town and have sales at all times. Their clothes are terrible unless you look at junior swimsuits.
On the other hand, there's Target. The products are generally nicer and harder to find in other places. They have a food court that sells nasty, unhealthy food with tables no one cleans. They have sales as well. They have more name-brand items. Their workers are treated generally terrible. They have odd hours and some benefits. My main deal with Target is that THEY DONATE MILLIONS OF DOLLARS EVERY YEAR FOR TRADITIONAL MARRIAGE. They have no morals! Being a supporter of GLBT (gay-lesbian-bisexual-transgender) I feel as if Target is a very conservative (I don't care about the political point of view as much as morals), out-of-the-times, bad store. They don't see GLBTs as human beings for some reason. That puts a twist in my panties.

Walmart is trailer trash central. Plus its bad for the community.

I like target because it isnt as gross. But I prefer to shop at Fred Meyer.

I'm from the UK... I don't really know either of them.

I prefer the atmosphere in Target. Walmart is just so damn depressing.

Either Walmart's prices went up or Target's went down. What I'm saying is Target is cheaper with the same if not better quality products.
