Depends on your personality. Different things work for different people. Drinking is a bad idea (especially if you still have their number in your phone).
What works for me is quarantine. Think about them as often as your brain wants to (it's grieving) but don't actually see them. Eventually you find that your brain has reconfigured how you see them and you're not in love any more. Sometimes you don't even like them very much.
Dont get drunk because of her! That just shows your the sad one.
