suckonthis9 will have a field day with you.
I would describe myself as white.
Please take your hand and put it on a sheet of (white) writing paper. Is your hand the same shade as the paper?
Please stop lying to yourself and everyone else, you are not 'white'.
Please try to find out which tribe(s) you are descended from.
White is a word with both a literal meaning and a secondary common usage, which is signaled by the context. This secondary meaning is for the skin colour of someone otherwise described as "Caucasian", and is not intended to be a literal description of the colour of any persons' skin.
A sheet of "white" writing paper is more accurately described as being a very light greyish colour, as pure white is almost impossible to obtain in a solid object as even a small amount of wear would stain it slightly. Would you also insist that we don't call paper "white", but "light grey"?
It took me a little digging, but I found the information that I was looking for. They try to hide this information from you.
