I see lots of interracial couples everywhere. I've never dated outside of my race but I wouldn't mind.Just was wondering what you guys think.

Geez.. Where's the love for black females? I see that negative media portrayals are really having an affect. :\
I'm going to say that it doesn't matter, at least for me. I don't really have any sort of list of things in my head that I like, I just sort of look at the whole package on individual people and decide from there.
It really doesn't matter. It's not right to let someone's race get in the way of how you view them as an individual with a unique personality and interests. You don't see people stereotyping all white people as being a certain way, so I don't understand why it makes more sense to characterize all Asians, or all African Americans, or all Hispanics being a certain way either.
I think that it's irrelevant and that fetishizing a particular race is gross.
Do you really consider that fetishizing, though? I'm sure it is for some people, and I agree that race is irrelevant, but people can be more attracted to one physical quality over another.
I don't think that's a categorically bad thing. I personally prefer dark hair to light hair; I don't see any problem with that.
This question itself wasn't totally. A majority of people with the attitude of one race being hotter usually fetishize certain stereotypes of the race. Like the person would say a certain race is the hottest, but they actually only mean the stereotypical appearance of that race is hot and then exclude others of that race.
When talking about something like hair color it really isn't like that. Hair color is a single trait/quality while race obviously isn't.
I guess I should be more clear...I mean race is little more than an amalgamation of random physical characteristics, and I don't see it as anything more than that, but I don't see a problem with people having a physical type...I do get shifty eyes when people say things like "all Asian women are more submissive, though"...so I guess I halfsies agree
Yeah, it's fine to have a physical type, but there is no all around physical type for any race. Individuals in that race vary greatly. Which is why preferring a certain race has to fall on stereotypes. And since they are going by stereotypical appearances, they probably go by stereotypical personalities as well. So yeah, things like Asian women being submissive, stem from this.
Blue eyes and blonde hair or red hair and green eyes, oh and I like russian, German and British accents.
The Duztopian women are the most attractive women. Sure, they're guys, but they count!
