Which protein supplement do you take/have tried?

What protein supplement do you take/have tried? Have you received results that fit into your expectations? Or, did it fall below your expectations?

P.S. I just started taking hemp protein.

    I have tried most of those and found cow whey to taste the best and work the best for my body. And quinoa saved me when I was sick. But i just ate it, didn't know rhey put it in a supplement. In general, i like to eat my nutrition.

    • I can't remember the name of it but, there's a protein powder mix that combines beans, quinoa and amaranth. I bought it but, ended up not taking it after I developed an allergy to quinoa. I think it's non-GMO, if you're interested.

    I like whey isolates or egg albumen but protein won't do you much good without the proper aminos eggs have the highest bioavailability out of any actual food if you want to go that route.

    I try to get my protein from various sources, but if I had to pick one, it'd be whey from goat's milk.

    If you're looking for a protein shake with other stuff in it, I got great results from Shakeology. If you want an easy way to get all of the types of supplements it has in it, then its high price is worth it. But, I eventually came up with a shake concoction and food diet tailored for me and started using a much less expensive protein mix with less other stuff in it.

    A lot of the proteins you have listed will be incomplete and ultimately useless on there own. The reason whey is such a good protein source is because it's amino acid profile is superior to all other sources, even eggs and fish.
