Which one of these is a good reason to break up with a partner?

"Being abused" isn't an option here because it should go without saying that that's the best reason of all to break up with someone.

I'd also like to add that

Incompatible sex drives and/or sexual preferences 4
You need to find out who you are a little more 2
One wants more commitment than the other 3
Different religious beliefs 3
One is being made to change for the other 3
One is putting less effort in than the other 3

Different boundaries [i.e. different ideas of what "cheating" is] 7
Being bored of the other person for whatever reason (please say below) 1
Feeling and/or being taken for granted 6
Too much/not enough sex 3
One is more focused on career/hobbies/other people 2
One is not making reasonable changes for the other 2
One has stopped caring about personal apprearance enough for the other 0
Distance 1
One more romantic than the other 0
Paranoia/jealousy/snooping/possessiveness 14
One is unwilling to try new things while the other is 1

I said one wants an open relationship and the other doesn't. It was hard to choose because some overlapped each other and most of them were pretty good reasons.

That was the point. I wanted to put down all good reasons to give people a bit of a challenge.

Like, 80% of these are good reasons to break up. I can't decide. But I'll have to go with the lack of honest, open communication. Because without it, all the other problems get a power buff.

True story. I went with paranoid jealousy.

Hard to pick only one out of that long list. Any of them could be a deal breaker depending on the surrounding circumstances.

Survey after survey of those who got divorced (at least in the U.S.) indicates the top two reasons are: different sex drives/lack of sex and #2 is money problems.

I voted other because any of those reasons could be valid but for the most part, I don't think just one of those would be enough to end a relationship outright. Openness would be a big one for me but not necessarily a deal breaker, but I do prefer an open relationship with someone mature enough to handle it. Just feels more natural that way

"I'd also like to add that any one of these can apply to one or more partners in a polyamorous relationship."

Why can't you edit polls before submitting them? ><
