Which *male* coach do you like best on the voice?

Which coach do you like best based on personality? I'd go with Pharell. I don't know much about his music, but his personality seems the most sincere.

    Everytime I see that show, I have to listen to "Harder to Breathe" so I can remember the good Maroon 5 days.

    I saw Usher awhile back and he was a good judge. I haven't seen Pharell's work on there.
