I think regret because if I failed something at least I did it and dont regret it. Failure is a part of life it helps me learn from my mistakes. I would rather die learning from my failures than a life full of regret and wondering what could have been.

It probably depends on one's point of view and state of of mind. One might find failure to be the worse of the two when confronted with a challenge, but then retrospect, and perhaps even years later regret might be be the worse of the two.

If one fails it can at least be said that an effort was made, and there may be lessons in the that particular failure that would present a learning opportunity. Failure may even spark an inspiration to work harder and try again. Failure, more than anything, is an assault on the ego and a bruise upon one's pride.

Regret on the other hand is perhaps not unlike grief and loss as certain life opportunities may never present themselves more than once or twice. To avoid regret one must largely divorce one's self from pride and ego. No one can completely avoid regret, and it is not impulsive actions of the YOLO sort than prevent regret, but rather a surrendering of the fear of failure that encourages the good old college try.

Regret.100% because honestly if you fail it's like you tried you know? Like if you regret something it's probably a good thing.

If you take a risk and fail, then you canlearn, grow and try again, repeating this process until you succeed. If you do nothing then you dont grow, don't learn, don't succeed. You regret the loss of opportunity that you once had, wondering what if incessantly

I go with failures and how you handle them. Taking chances are great and apart of life, but always think before you act, or you'll end up regreting when things go horribly wrong.

At least if you think things through thoroughly or at all, you know for sure you gave it your best effort or took the possible consequences into consideration, it won't become a shoulda, woulda, coulda situation and you're more comfortable with the result even if it's a failure.

Regret because if you dont try or make an effort then you'll look back & regret not trying. Yes, with trying can come failure but at least u won't regret not trying & at least you'll know the end result whether its an accomplishment or a failure:)
