In Britain it's whites and indians (or asians as they're called there), its becoming more common here too in Canada...though I think more whites dates blacks and here for now.
None of the above, in your list, are people or tribes.
Only 'Latin' describes an actual tribe, but probably most people who describe themselves as such, are in fact, not descended predominantly from the Latin tribe.
Most Latin people today, probably describe themselves as 'Italian'.
The People referred to as Latino were original Spaniards who emigrated to the Americas in the 1600s. When the English immigrants (ancestors of modern Americans and Canadians) encountered the Spanish immigrants they thought they were speaking Latin because Latin sounds similar to Spanish. Hence they called them "Latinos" and the name stuck.
Yes, but the people who historically inhabited the Iberian peninsula were not from the Latin tribe. They simply adopted the Latin language.
About 60 per cent of the words which we use today, are from Latin, in one form or another.
Does that make all English speakers Latin?
The term 'Latino', is a misnomer, and does not correctly describe a person, people or tribe, in its commonly used present context.
The people who are descended from various tribes of the Iberian peninsula, and whose ancestors emigrated to the New World continents and adjacent islands, are most likely (but not necessarily) not to be of the Latin tribe. The Latin people, are descended from the tribe which inhabited the Italian peninsula, in the central region historically known as Latium.
'Latino', describes a language, not any person (except true Latin people). By this token, ALL Romance language speakers, as well as English language speakers, could also be termed 'Latino'.

What would you say the reason is in the a drop off of interracial dating/marriage between thoes who arent of caucasian descent?
In australia - definately australian/asian unions would be the most widespread.
It depends on the location. Here in Australia, it is quite common to see white-non-white relationships. Mostly, Indians (Asians), some Indigenous Australians, people of middle eastern decent such as Lebanese people, Maoris, and others. I'm not sure on a worldwide scale. In the U.S. it might be between Asian-American, African American-American, and Hispanic-American/ African American.
Asian and white and white and Hispanics/Latino. Also Yes I know that Hispanic and Latino is not the exact same thing. When you fill it out on a paper though they are grouped together.
I live in Miami were theirs alot of Spanish people down here! And its super common to see a black guy with a cuban girl down here. Im african american and my last girl was cuban.
Where I live (NW England) there is a lot of Asian (as Lufa says Indian) males dating white girls. And in cities black males and white girls; although I hate to generalise this sometimes seems to be the case.
I think in Cali it's white and latina, I see some black and white or asian and white. I rarely see black and asian couples.
In the U.S. White & Non-white. As the numbers go, it has to be. As for which non-white group most often goes with white, it depends what part you are in.
